My journey with food has been a long one which has evolved into a passion. I became interested in food as a young child and I began experiencing terrible menstrual cycles and migraines. Who knew it would be related to food. This is crazy, I ate well! I was a vegetarian/pescatarian before it was 'COOL'! I thought I was eating "right" and nourishing my body with healthy food choices. Come to find out that I have sensitivities to what we know as preservatives and food additives. But this is what is supposed to be "keeping my food fresh" or allowing it to "sit on shelf" longer. This helped me begin the process to unraveling the many culprits that were adding to my daily discomforts and hormone related challenges.
