Salmon Cabbage rolls
1 -2 tbsp Avocado mayo
1 Green onions chopped
1 tsp Ginger powder
6-8 Cabbage 1/4 or 1/2 leaves
Mix salmon, mayo, green onions and ginger powder thoroughly.
Warm rice up then spoon rice into cabbage leaves; top with salmon mix and roll.
I made separate batch with siracha. And topped with a little extra dollop of siracha for a little more heat. ( I love spicy)
The cabbage leaves are pliable with the warm rice and roll tight.
Plate and serve.
