Here is a way to save your avocados before they end up hitting the trash can. I cut and peel them and throw them into the freezer in a container or freezer safe bag.
When you're ready to thaw them out. Put them in a bowl & add them to your favorite salsa for a quick guacamole hack. Add them to your smoothies, favorite Mexican dish, or avo-toast in the morning.
This adds healthy fats to our meals and offers health benefits to our liver, heart and brain. This is also a wonderful way to stay full longer while decreasing the need to snack between meals.
