Breakfast Oat Bake

Somewhere between Oatmeal and crumb cake


Ingredients:

1 3/4 dairy milk or an alternative milk

2 eggs

1/2 c maple syrup

1/4c butter

1 whole mashed up banana

1 tsp baking powder

1tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

dash of sea salt

1 - 1 1/2 berries


Toppings: Optional for the crumb cake style

1 tbsp almond flour

Handful of chocolate chips

Sprinkle a little extra cinnamon/cane sugar over top



Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix in one bowl and then pour into a 9x9 pan that is buttered or use parchment paper. Top with Almond flour, chocolate chips and cinnamon/sugar. Bake until it is completely baked in the center. Check with a knife or toothpick to be sure it is baked to the right consistency.

Bake up to 35-45 minutes.


Cool and then top with your favorite yogurt dairy or non-dairy. Enjoy!
